The crawfish season runs late December to early July during this peak period we are extremely busy so be sure to book quickly. During the offseason, we are still doing other seafood boils (crab, lobster, etc).
Our crawfish are cleaned (why they are called mudbugs) prior to cooking live, where we use only the top trusted brands & ingredients during the boiling process. We then allow our crawfish to soak before serving with a fresh piece of corn, potato, & sausage.
